This is another project in conjunction with Stephen Chung architecture. We wanted to create a new updated feel to that old-style Florida home look. These were some of the first homes built in the area — historic old homes in the style sometimes referred to as "cracker" style. The concern in so many areas is that we not forget the neighborhood feel and avoid giving way to more trending styles. This cluster of homes will be a great addition to the neighborhood, as the structures still maintain and remember the old Florida style.
This downtown project - formerly a salon, was a complete renovation. We designed the building with space-saving in mind.
Most would not believe it's only 750 square feet in total. The project included a wood and gas-fired pizza oven, a full kitchen with prep, bathrooms, dining area, and a wall to display the available wines.

This award-winning restaurant is featured in Vogue magazine and listed as one of the Top 50 Vegan restaurants in the United States. It was our great privilege to build this amazing restaurant in what was one of the oldest shops in Sarasota. The proprietors Ryan Boeve and Arthur Lopes allowed us to help them design and decorate this new take on vegetarian cuisine.
In conjunction with Stephen Chung architecture, we are creating a new home in the tradition of the modern style. Blurred lines between interior and exterior emphasize a symbiosis with the natural world. This original waterfront design is stylish, yet simple and understated. Clean lines with mixed materials highlight a nod to the Sarasota School of Architecture, but an eye on future design.
Salt is a natural source for therapy. Baldwin Construction & Design was brought in to complete a full location build out for the client. The finished result creates a unique space and tranquil atmosphere. The design of the space has a modern look and feel, complete with a natural source for amazing health benefits.
This is Custom woodwork and a Custom feel. This 5,000 sq ft home on the water is certainly a departure from the cookie cutter homes you see from other builders. Every element was decided by the homeowner. We spent countless hours making this dream come true for these amazing clients.
This 1925 restoration was one of our most challenging projects. We added an addition and breezeway to this original cottage as well as a pool. The matching woodwork and restoration of the original windows, molding, Heart pine wood floors and using the original doors shows just how beautiful this 100 year old home was in its prime.
